I have posted this in VPhot but the problem is still rumbling on with no solutions being offered, so I thought I would post here.
Transform Applier is returning the following error message intermittently;
“Duplicate label in chart. VSX returned invalid data: [json.exception.parse_error.101] parse error at line 1, column 1: attempting to parse an empty input; check that your input string or stream contains the expected JSON target not in VSX.”
Logging out and back into VPhot sometimes cures it. I have run the same object multiple times and sometimes the error message is there and sometimes not.
I don’t know it is safe to ignore and continue uploading my data or maybe just upload untransformed data. Please can somebody who understands these error messages help.

I have the same questions as my V0509_Cas images are going to be gone soon 
After a couple of weeks with no problems, this error message is back. I tried ignoring it and saving transformed files for upload but this is prevented. Another error message is returned.
