There is a new newsletter posted in the SPP section area. The highlighted target this time around is RV Ari, a high amplitude delta Scuti variable with multiple periods. In addition, the paper “Caught in the Act: Observations of the Double-mode RR Lyrae V338 Boo during the Disappearance of a Pulsation Mode” has now been published in the Astrophysical Journal: Radware Bot Manager Captcha. AAVSO observers contributed to this combined space and ground based study. The published paper concentrates on observations in 2022. We shall have to wait to see what this year’s observations say about this curious variable.
