I am currently helping out Exoplanet Watch with adding/revising Pandora targets in VSX. Regarding revisions: Are DR3 coordinates currently preferred? Also, how about proper motion data? Is it possible to revise those with current proper motion data in DR3?

Yes, J2000.0 coordinates from Gaia DR3 (only available through VizieR’s main table [I/355/gaiadr3].
About proper motion data, that is not an editable field.
We will add proper motions from Gaia DR3 for all VSX variables as part of our updates in the months to come.
