Detection of possible positive superhumps in the light curve of KR Aur

Dear friends,

KR Aur has been showing positive superhumps for some time now. We’re not entirely sure about that yet, but it would be interesting. No positive superhumps were known for this star until now. So far it has only shown negative ones. It would be appreciated if more observers could get to do time series in V that are longer than one orbital period (about 4 hours). The night’s duration and the object’s coordinates are suitable to make a longer time series. The star is currently about 16.8 mag.
