Keep getting a server not found error. Been trying since this morning.

I’m having the same issue, which has persisted for the last few weeks. I’ve been using the old submission form until the issue is resolved.
I too am having difficulties. I am trying to upload a text file of 23 observations but I get a Server Error of unknown cause. Uploading from firefox. I don’t think it is the content of my text file since the server error arises almost instantly upon clicking the submit button. I have been getting this error intermittently for several weeks now.but it has previously gone away after a little while. I too finally successfully submitted my obs through the old webobs.
I also keep getting a “random” error message that my Observation Time, and Magnitude have an error. An hour later, it will accept the file. Strange behavior in the submission tool. I’ve also switched back to the old WebObs to submit for now…

This happened to me (re: time, magnitude) last week but the error disappeared before I could narrow down the cause.
