What is a group? That is a great question. It is simply a list of people and anyone can subscribe. All members of a group can be notified with the “@groupname” identifier. Additionally, group members can be automatically subscribed to certian threads.
Quick question for AAVSOnet technical staff:
I just received some data in VPhot and the telescope name is “E180”.
I would guess that this is BSM_Nh2 because I received the email alert informing me I have variable star data and it listed BSM_Nh2 as the telescope.
Can someone confirm if E180 is a mistake? or something is changing? Or I am correct to use BSM_Nh2?
Thanks,
Andrew
A quick look in the header shows that the data is from BSM_NH2c.

Andrew:
It will be corrected soon. In the meantime, use ‘rename’ to switch it back to BSM_NH2c.

Thanks for the help.
