I did not find SW Sex vars neither in VSX nor in GCVS, however SW is used in VSX remark. Are they sub-type of NL stars, or something else?
Hi Mikhail.
SX Sextantis stars are nova-like objects but they don’t show a specific variability pattern that makes them a variability class on their own. It is more a physical, spectroscopic classification. Different types of NL stars might be SX Sex stars.
OK thank you for the explanation, Sebastian!
