Questions on VPHOT

Hello, when I login to VPhot, I am on the Available images screen. The columns for the star coordinates are not displayed. I have
Telescope Date/Time Airmass Exposure Filter WCS Cal Rep.

On the top of the screen Which has VPHOT row is I have AAVSO IMAGES UPLOAD ANALYSIS LOG ADMIN SUPPORT, but I do not have SEQUENCES.

When I do photometry on a target I can save the sequence for the target. Two things, when I go to load a sequence for my target there are sequences in the list I have not created. How can I delete them?

When I load my target and the load the sequence (top LHS) the target, comps and check stars data is not loaded. The apertures are shown on the image but I have to click on each star and rename it as target, comp and check.

Hello Peter,

sequences management is under Admin, if you click on admin you can manage sequences and telescopes and you can see the more recent uploads

I have never seen a issue like yours when loading sequences so I can’t suggest anything.

If the apertures are show apparently the sequence members have the right coordinates, can you post a screenshot?

Thanks for your reply.

Looking at deleting a sequence, I find a target that I want to delete.

After I select edit I have a screen which is blank. Apparently no way of deleting the sequence.

Hi,

to delete a sequence you have to stay on the list page,

click on the square box at the start of the row for the sequence you want to delete and then click delete on the menu at the top of the page

When you click edit on a sequence you see the content of the file with the value for var and comps, if you don’t see anything you should have saved a sequence without adding any star

To upload an image on the message you have to click on this icon
