Not Receiving Reset Password Email

The AAVSO recently switched its authentication system, and your account was not transferred to the new system prior to the deadline. You will need to sign up for a new account. Please do the following:

  1. Visit https://auth.aavso.org/u/login,
  2. Click the “Sign up” link at the bottom of the page, and
  3. Complete the signup process using your existing account’s email address. If you don’t recall the email address, please email us back and we’ll gladly look it up for you.

As long as you use your email address we have on file, the system will automatically link to your old account.

Please note that the password recovery feature WILL NOT WORK until you create a new account.
