I became aware of this target in 2023 and have posted several measurement but now it seems to have been removed from the target tool. I’ve checked all categories. My (and others’) are still in the database.

Indeed, I have tried it myself in the target tool and it does not appear. The object, though, is in the VSX, and the advanced LCG shows data of observations made even today. Checked on VStar and the information I get matches that of the LCG.
Let’s see if this star is restored soon to the Target Tool.

The AAVSO’s Target Tool doesn’t show all (2.2 million) variable stars we know about. It is limited to only stars for which there is (a) an active observing campaign initiated by a professional astronomer or the AAVSO Staff; or (b) an observing program initiated by one of our Sections / Special Interest Groups; or (c) an existing legacy star program maintained by AAVSO headquarters. In the case of HX Peg, it was probably pruned from the list when one of these activities expired.
