I’m trying to input time series data from AIJ into Peranso for the creation of phase plots. I understand(?) that Peranso only requires JD, Mag, & error? This in a spreadsheet format. Could someone please explain to me how I can export this data from AIJ in a format acceptable to Peranso?
When I read instructions to extract data from AIJ there is a reference to saving the measurements data into a spreadsheet. However when I try and save the measurements table I get all of the windows resulting from an AIJ differential photometry run.
Can anyone refer me to a procedure to accomplish this task?
Thanks,

John,
I do this as follows. Your situation may be different, if your workflow for AIJ is not the same. Display the table of measurements in AIJ. At the top left of the table select File > Save As. Input your chosen filename (without an extension: the default in my case is .xls) and select Save. What is saved is raw AIJ data with measurments in flux units.
I then open the saved file in my own Excel template for calculating non-transformed V mags from the AIJ data. Once that is done, I copy the columns containing JD (or HJD, whichever is chosen) and mag (I don’t have error values in my AIJ output) into a new spreadsheet, and save it as a .txt file, which can be opened in Peranso.
