TCP J05210763+2338194 in Taurus are:
Roughly 1.5° west-southwest of the bright 3.0-magnitude star Zeta Tauri (ζ Tau), which marks the southern horn of the Bull.

I would image the object and if a chart, ID, and sequence isn’t produced in a day or two by the AAVSO request one. Do your final photometry when a good sequence becomes available.
N Aql 2026 has been followed with decent coverage and of similar magnitude.
What is sad is that even colleges are using amateur level equipment, not even good quality amateur level equipment IMO, and can submit data to ATEL. I’m still very underwhelmed with ATEL and how they treat amateur observers.
Still no observing weather to speak of here on the US east coast.

The Sequence Team already made a sequence some hours ago.
We will see if we send an alert on monday. These novae tend to prefer weekends to explode! 
We issued an Alert Notice and the Sequence Team has just updated the sequence so now we have comp stars as bright as 6.9.
The nova keeps brightening, so observations are welcomed!
