What are the most common Sloan filters used in TFOP?

I have a rather small filter wheel on my system so I can’t fit all the filters in there that I want. I intend to start working in the TFOP - TESS Follow-up Observing Program soon and I want to install the particular Sloan filters commonly requested by the TESS team. I am not referring to the JC filters. I have all of those. I just need to add a subset of Sloan filters now. I would like to include only the Sloan filters used most commonly in TFOP.

The most common SLOAN filters used in TFOP, primarily to check for chromaticity differences, are g’ and i’.

Hope this helps.

Dennis

Great. Thank you.

Ed

For unobserved (from ground telescopes) TESS targets, use Sloan r’ to get max signal to noise transit lightcurve from most cameras. Unobserved transits are often early or late. Once the transit is verified and the ephemeris is updated, then go for g’ or i’ for chromaticity check, depending on what is requested.
