Logged out, logged back in. I can into VPhot OK, but trying to open an image I get an error message: " Exception of type ‘System.OutOfMemoryException’ was thrown."

Hi guys,

I alerted George to this issue. We think we identified a potential memory leak, which has been around for quite some time. It is likely causing the system to run out of RAM. George will likely reply to this thread soon.

Hello,

Just FYI, I’m seeing an out of memory error at the moment when trying to open an image as well. Here is the stack trace:

I have similar issues all morning, I could open some images a few hours ago, now I cannot open any image without error notifications.Even images I processed days ago cannot be displayed anymore. But the content of the error message has changed:

Server Error in ‘/app’ Application.

Chart cannot save an item after 10 attempts.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.IO.IOException: Chart cannot save an item after 10 attempts.
