VPHOT appears to be down

For two days now, when I try to log into VPHOT, I just get a blank screen and a rotating tab.

Is it down?

No, vPhot is operating normally. Please ensure that you visit VPhot, verify that you are logged in in the upper right hand corner (it will show your name), and then click the “Click here to log in to vPhot” button.
