Vizier Outage (was "VSP is still down")

VSP has returning this message for over 24 hours now:

‘The Vizier server did not return results. Please try creating the chart again later.’

Greetings,

VSP relies on a variety of catalogs to produce its plots. While most of those catalogs are cached locally, we rely on Vizier to provide us with additional details below a certain magnitude threshold. Unfortunately, Vizer and several of its mirrors have been offline intermittently during the last week.

We’ll add a couple more mirrors to the list of servers VSP will try.
