Hello, I imaged V0844 HER last night and I obtained significant magnitude increase from my last observations in mid-March - going from about 17.75 to 13.
I thought that I might have processed them incorrectly, but I don’t see any hot pixels near the star. In any case, I used Siril with sigma clipping instead of MPO, and I obtained the same result. The comps/field has not changed from my measurements previously.
Is anyone else observing V0844 HER? Than you and best regards.

ASAS-SN data shows that the star is indeed in outburst, being at g= 12.6 on 2026-03-28.5.

Hello! I’m curious. What cadence of observations are useful for V0844 HER?
I've been recording 5 minute integrations in CV since it is listed as a period of a little over an hour. However, when i look at past light curves, the outbursts last 2 to 2-1/2 weeks.
Are frequent observations useful, both during outbursts and at other times? Or would once a night observations be sufficient? Best regards.

Hello! The outburst has finished. It does not look like time series are helpful, especially now, so I’ll take a single image during imaging sessions for monitoring. Best regards.
