RCB-star SU Tau was last observed within AAVSO in the beginning of may at normal brightness. During its conjunction it seems like a new dimming phase has started. I observed it August 12 at magnitude 15.15V.
Thanks for the tip. I was able to observe it through its dimming in spring of 2025 but it bottomed out at about 13.5 that time, obviously it’s going deeper now.
