I have built a VLF receiver that I mostly use for SIDs monitoring. I like to correlate the SIDs signals to the movies that I could download from the SDO website. However, these movies are no longer created due to NASA budget cuts.
I’ve made a couple of Python scripts that will download data from the SDO’s AIA instrument and then make a movie from those files. See github:
Maybe someone here would be interested in this, but I’m not exactly sure where to post.
