New WebObs Shows Reject when well within bounds

I (SIQ) have now submitted two different transformed observations for RW Aur and got the message that the were “out of bounds” when they were very close to the mean.

I rechecked with the LCG and they looked good there too.

Nonetheless, I do like the new WebOps.

WebObs 2.0 has been doing this since probably day 1. The problem has yet to get fixed.
