Login problems on VSX site

For the past month or so I have been having login problems with the VSX site. I can login just fine to the main AAVSO site, but with VSX, after entering my login info and clicking “Log in”, I am still showing as Guest afterwards.

The “Login problems” link on the login page says to try deleting cookies for the site. After doing that I can log in just fine to VSX, but a couple of days later I have the same exact problem again.

Anyone know what is going on?

Not sure but this morning when I tried to log in to regular AAVSO site things were extremely slow.

Login never finished actually… it just stalled. At least it appears I am logged in here on the forum. Someone/something bringing the site to its knees probably… a human or an AI that is the question. :star_struck:

I should also comment that I am using macOS with the Safari browser.
