Hi folks. As you may recall, last year Enrique de Miguel was our speaker for a meeting about Intermediate Polars. Since then several fellow amateurs in the Center for Backyard Astrophysics have learned how to do the analysis of CBA and AAVSO data to determine white dwarf spin rates. The results agree well with Joe Patterson’s and Enrique’s ApJ paper of 2020. We will be meeting this Friday to go through some independent analysis of V2306 Cyg and to choose targets for continuing analysis. Please join us for this joint CBA/AAVSO meeting.
