How to request a sequence with comments?

I am preparing to observe an ASAS variable star that currently has no observations in VSX. I would like to request a sequence, but would like to make a more detailed request than just “clicking the box” on the VSX page. Is there a way I can do this?

BTW, is there a sequence SIG?
