For the last few weeks or so I get this server error when I want to create an AAVSO report for multiple entries in the Analysis Log. Sometimes the same error also occurs when I want to create a report for a single entry.
I am mainly uploading V and R data, in the error message it mentions B and R (line 11 & 12), don’t know if this is related to this issue.
Does anyone recognize this? Thanks!
I recently faced the same issue as I also wanted to generate a report. Removing all cookies and cleaning the cache of my browser were unsuccessful. So … I gave up.
I think I figured out what the problem was. After performing Two Color Transform in Vphot I saved the analysis to the Analysis Log and already deleted the images before creating an AAVSO Report (or images were automatically deleted due to the lowered retention period). Apparently the images are still required for creating the report.
