When I have to go back and edit something like a comment for a data point I have submitted, the form that comes up fills in what’s currently in the database with the exception of the time of observation. As a result, I have to enter the change in the comment and also go back and re-enter the time of observation. Please update the code to carry the time of observation over into the fields by default.
