Hi friends,
I’m trying to download charts from VSP, but it doesn’t let me do it. I’ve used Windows 10 and Windows 11 computers, and Chrome and Edge browsers.
This has never happened to me before. I’d like to know if any of you have experienced the same thing.

I did it today without problems (right click → save image as ***.png).

I didn’t explain myself well, my apologies. The problem is that the page where the chart is located doesn’t open and gives me the following message: “Oops! Looks like something went wrong on this page. AAVSO staff has been notified of the problem.”
Which star are you having problems with?
Are you using this web address? Might be an old web page you are using and yes you will get that error mentioned if you are.
I tried with V0603 Aql and SS Cyg both with the same problem.
Yes I use the web page you mention, is old and obsolete ? Is there a new one ?
As of this post time I get an error message first time, second time thru the request process works ok. Try again…

Hello,
Sorry for the late reply. I think the most likely reason you got an error was because you were asking for DSS image overlay on your chart. This was unfortunately broken because of changes on the NASA side. I just talked with them and the problem should be fixed. If you are still experiencing issues please let me know.
