Hi folks,
The rotator failed on DSO35 on Thursday night, July 30. We have been working with Planewave and haven’t been able to get it back in operation from afar. It looks like we will have to make a trip out to Dark Sky Observatory to troubleshoot the rotator on site and likely send it back to Planewave for service. Downtime is likely at least a month in order to schedule a trip out to Fort Davis, get the rotator serviced by Planewave, and then schedule another trip out to Fort Davis for reinstallation.
