I am a retired physicist and avid amateur astronomer since my first year in high school (1969). I was an undergraduate in the Astronomy Department at the University of Western Ontario (London, Ontario, Canada) in 1973-1974 then returned to study physics at Dalhousie University (Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada).
