I have been an AAVSO member since 2018… not long ago. Found out on those years that astronomy is my passion, and have grown in this hobby a lot, thanks to the important advise and support of this amazing association. I am following up since 2020 a beat Cepheid star known as AS Cas. Together with Robin Leadbeater, I have published already a paper for the JAAVSO about our findings of this particular star. Now I am about to install a remote observatory in Brady, Texas, which I will control from Mexico City. This observatory will be completely focused for photometry and spectroscopy (low res).
